New Student Application for Grades K - 8
Applications for grades K - 8 for academic year 2025-2026 are now being accepted. Use the button below to download the application for new families. Applications are considered in the order in which they are received.
As of April 7, 2025, limited openings are available in grades K, 1, 2 & 5. Returning students registering for next year have filled grades 3, 4, 6, 7 & 8. We encourage new families who are interested in already-filled grades to apply to our waitlist to see if the Lord provides an opening. Also, those on our waitlist this year who apply again next year will be considered ahead of new families next year.
We strongly encourage you to contact us and set up a classroom visit before you apply.
To apply for 2025-2026, print and complete the document linked immediately below and mail to the address listed (on p. 5). Include a separate check for the registration fee for each child applying. If we are unable to enroll a student, you can withdraw your application and the registration fee will not be deposited. Or, you may elect for the student to be moved to our waiting list. If we are unable to seat your child by August 1, your registration check will not be deposited.

2025-2026 Returning Student &
Sibling Registration
Full-time returning students and their siblings are given priority enrollment consideration if we have more students apply than there are slots available for each grade. Note that priority consideration does not guarantee a space for students who are new to the program (i.e. siblings joining for a grade later than kindergarten). In order to take advantage of priority placement, returning families needed to register their student(s) and pay the $475 per child registration fee* by the priority deadline of 3:00 PM, Thursday, January 30, 2025.

- Complete Priority Registration form below, making sure all five pages are included; contains a Medical Consent and a Release of Liability, both of which require a signature from an adult witness other than a spouse
- Include Registration Fee of $475 per child*
- Turn in (mail or hand-deliver) form and payment by January 30, 2025 (postmark date).
Tutor Application
At Greyfriars Classical Tutorials, we endeavor to hire committed and trained tutors who will use their strengths to model classical methods, teach what they love, and provide feedback to parents. All of our tutors profess Christ as their Lord and Savior and seek to follow Him faithfully in the context of a local body of believers.
