New Student Application for Grades K - 8
Applications from new families for grades K - 8 for academic year 2026-2027 are now being accepted. Anyone who applies by February 27 will be considered equally with others during that early application period. After that deadline, applications are considered in the order in which they are received.
We strongly encourage you to contact us and set up a classroom visit before you apply. You could visit our program anytime in January or February, on a Tuesday for grades K-5, or on a Monday or Thursday for grades 6-8.
To apply for 2026-2027, print and complete the document linked immediately below and mail to the address listed (on p. 5). Include a separate check for the registration fee for each child applying. We will notify you of an enrollment decision on or before April 3, 2026. If we are able to enroll a student, we will deposit the registration fee for that student. If we are unable to enroll a student, you can withdraw your application and the registration fee will not be deposited. Or, you may elect for the student to be moved to our waiting list. If we are unable to seat your child by July 31, your registration check will not be deposited.

2026-2027 Returning Student &
Sibling Registration
Returning students and their siblings are given priority enrollment consideration if we have more students apply than there are slots available for each grade. Note that priority consideration does not guarantee a space for students who are new to the program (i.e. siblings joining for a grade later than kindergarten). In order to take advantage of priority placement, returning families need to register their student(s) and pay the $500 per child registration fee* by the priority deadline of 3:00 PM, Thursday, January 29, 2026.

- Complete Priority Registration form below, making sure all five pages are included; contains a Medical Consent and a Release of Liability, both of which require a signature from an adult witness other than a spouse
- Include Registration Fee of $500 per child*
- Turn in (mail or hand-deliver) form and payment by January 29, 2026 (postmark date).

At Greyfriars Classical Tutorials, we endeavor to hire committed and trained tutors who will use their strengths to model classical methods, teach what they love, and provide feedback to parents. All of our tutors profess Christ as their Lord and Savior and seek to follow Him faithfully in the context of a local body of believers.
