New families may apply for enrollment beginning on February 20, 2023. Applications received before that date will not be opened until Feb. 20.
We strongly encourage you to contact us and set up a classroom visit before you apply. We also hope that all interested families attend the Informational Meeting, to be held on Thursday, Feb. 16, in the sanctuary of Resurrection Presbyterian Church (2701 Rice Road, Matthews).
To apply, print and complete the document below, and bring to the Mount Harmony Campus on school days (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday) or mail to the address listed within (on p. 2). Include the registration fee(s) for each child you are applying for. We will notify you of enrollment on or before April 7. If we are unable to enroll your student, then you may elect to have registration refunded or be moved to our waiting list. If we are unable to seat your child by August 1, registration will be refunded.
Registration for returning families is now open! Full-time returning students and their siblings will be given priority enrollment consideration if we have more students apply than there are slots available for each grade. In order to take advantage of priority placement, returning families need to register their student(s) and pay the $250 per child registration fee by the priority deadline of February 3, 2023. After we process these registrations, beginning on February 20, new students will be invited to enroll until all spaces are filled.
As returning families, we assume your continued endorsement of the Family Commitment and Statement of Faith forms. We do need a current release of liability and medical consent forms in case of emergency; thus, these forms are included each year.
Registration Checklist:
Complete Priority Registration form below (make sure all six pages are included; should contain a Medical Consent and a Release of Liability)
